How Do I Make A Referral?

To make a referral for an equine client please call (970) 297-4472.

Note: You can expedite the process by downloading, printing, and filling out our Referral Form. Provide your client with any relevant medical history (X-rays, test results, vaccine history, etc.) to bring with them to their appointment. This will insure we have the comprehensive background information needed to make treatment decisions.

Do You Offer Clinical Trials I Can Refer My Clients To?

Yes, we often offer clinical trials! Please view our hospital's Clinical Trials listing to see if there is one that is right for your client.

Do You Offer Learning Opportunities for Veterinarians?

Our hospital offers Continuing Education opportunities courses for veterinarians to assist with professional development.
