If you are sending your client to us with an emergent issue, you can call ahead to make us aware of their arrival at (970) 297-5000
To expedite your client’s service, you can provide your client with any relevant medical history (imaging, test results, vaccine history, etc.) to bring with them to the CSU VTH. This will help ensure we have the comprehensive background information needed to make treatment decisions.

How Will I Be Informed About My Client’s Progress?
If you refer your client to our Emergency Care or Urgent Care services, we will always send you a referral letter within 24 hours of your client's discharge. Additionally, we are happy to communicate with you by phone or email, just let the veterinarian to which you are referring know your preferences and contact information.
If at anytime you have questions about referred cases, you can call (970) 297-5000 and we will do our best to get you the information you need.
What Advanced Treatment Modalities Do You Offer?
In conjunction with other specialty services within the hospital, we provide comprehensive intensive patient monitoring and management for a full spectrum of disorders including:
- Electrolyte, acid-base
- Respiratory, cardiac, neurologic, urogenital, gastrointestinal, musculoskeletal
