CareCredit

CareCredit is a personal line of credit for healthcare treatments for your pet. It is a credit card but it has some terms advantage if you are very timely in your payments and pay off your balance in the agreed timeframe.

The CSU Veterinary Teaching Hospital offers the following two CareCredit payment options, if you qualify:

1. Interest Free Plan:
   • Automatic for all qualified CareCredit balances less than $1,000.00
   • Six months NO INTEREST
   • If the balance is paid within six months, no interest fees are assessed
   • If the balance is NOT paid within six months or ANY payments are late, a 29.99 percent variable interest rate will apply
   • You will need to pay more than the monthly minimum to pay the balance in full by the expiration date and receive no interest
2. Extended Payment Plan:
   • CareCredit balances of more than $1,000.00
   • 24-, 36-, or 48-month terms
   • Competitive 14.9% APR
   • Balances of $2,500.00 or more receive an automatic 60-month term.
   • If the balance is NOT paid within agreed term or ANY payments are late, a 29.99 percent variable interest rate will apply
   • You will need to pay more than the monthly minimum to pay the balance in full by the expiration date and receive the lower interest rate
