Filling or Refilling a Prescription

The Pharmacy fills and refills prescriptions during the hours of:

Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Filling a Prescription

Note: Unless your prescription is for a compounded medication, you must be a client of the CSU VTH in order to get a prescription filled in our Pharmacy.

To fill a prescription:

1. Your CSU VTH veterinarian will let you know you need to fill a prescription for your animal.
2. Don't check out after your appointment until you know your prescription is in our computer.
3. Pick up your prescription at the Pharmacy window.
4. Pay for your prescription at the Client Services window, which is right across the hallway.

Refilling a Prescription

To refill a prescription:

1. Check your prescription bottle to see if you have any refills available.
2. If yes, call the Pharmacy at (970) 297-1291.
3. If no, contact your veterinarian to talk about your prescription refill options.

Prescriptions by Mail

We mail prescriptions to clients. The prescription and shipping cost must be paid in full before it will be shipped.
