CSU Pet Hospice Program

The CSU Pet Hospice Program is not a specific place, but a philosophy. It functions on the principle that death is a part of life. Terminal illnesses and the dying process can be experienced with dignity, as an animal rests at home with its loving family.

Garden

VTH Tribute Garden

Surrounded by flower gardens, grassy areas, and quiet alcoves, the VTH Tribute Garden is a part of the healing atmosphere at the Colorado State University Veterinary Teaching Hospital that celebrates the human-animal bond. Bricks and benches inscribed with personal words of tribute create a permanent legacy that honors the meaningful relationships shared with companion animals or special people.
